Band Biography

We are a group of guys that were born and raised in Syracuse, NY. We all solidified our friendships with one another in middle and high school in Marcellus, NY. Our mutual interest in music brought us together. It wasn’t long before we decided to form a band in order to perform at our school’s talent show. We kept on working and improving as a band and began performing at our first regular gig, a Rock n’ Bowl night at Marcellus Lanes. We continued working and performing at the alley as well as other talent shows, parties, and benefits, until our first year competing in a local battle of the bands. We didn’t win that year but we loved the experience, we learned from it, and we went back and won the next year. This competition won us studio time at Moresound Studios where we recorded our first EP in 2018, “(Not) Fine by Me.” We continued performing and writing through our senior year of high school. When we graduated from Marcellus in 2018 and went our separate ways to college, we kept our eyes on Posted’s future. We kept writing and performing on breaks, and during the second semester of our sophomore year and through this pandemic, we recorded, mixed, and released our new EP in Subcat and Hobin Studios, “Fantastic Invasion,” which is our proudest achievement so far. We hope to continue writing, performing, and recording music together in the future!
